Senior Mitigation Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Mitigation Specialist, Property. Key Responsibilities Manages and investigates Emergency Mitigation Services (EMS) coordination for assigned activities Collaborates with stakeholders on invoices and ensures resolution of vendor and policyholder escalations Issues payments to vendors and assists with training of less experienced staff Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in insurance or specialty mitigation Knowledge of water damage restoration and ability to write complex damage estimates Completion of advanced Water EMS training, including WRT and/or ASD certifications preferred Bachelor's Degree with strong property or water damage restoration experience preferred AMRT certification and necessary licensing as required
