Senior People Analytics Partner
A company is looking for a Senior People Analytics Partner to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex people analytics projects and collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their objectives and data needs
Develop and present clear reports and dashboards using analytics tools to support HR strategies and decision-making
Build strong relationships with HR leaders to provide consultative support and data-driven insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as economics, I/O Psychology, statistics, MIS, or human resources
At least 5 years of experience in people analytics, human resources, or management consulting, or 3 years with a Master's degree
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Familiarity with HR topics such as talent acquisition, workforce planning, and learning and development
