Senior Plan Manager
A company is looking for a Sr Plan Manager-Tax Exempt. Key Responsibilities Manages all aspects of Tax-Exempt sponsored plans and serves as the primary customer contact for complex cases Resolves service and communication issues, collaborating with internal teams and participating in relationship management with plan sponsors Contributes to product development, process improvements, and assists in training and mentoring new employees Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry Experience in customer service and managing sensitive clients SPARK/ARPS Certification preferred or must be completed upon hire Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
