Senior Quality Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Quality Manager responsible for ensuring operational excellence and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor program metrics and implement service and process improvement programs
Conduct quality audits and propose new systems for continuous improvement
Manage a team of Quality Managers and oversee performance assessments and training
Required Qualifications
At least three years of experience in quality management in a BPO environment
Industry recognized quality certifications (Six Sigma, Lean, COPC, PMP, etc.) are desirable
Experience in managing transition, deployment, or improvement projects preferred
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data management and analysis
Experience in a content moderation environment is preferred
