Senior Records Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Records Analyst who will be responsible for compliance of the records management policy and the control of business records. Key Responsibilities Assist Records Manager in identifying process improvement opportunities for information retention Monitor business initiatives to assess their impact on records management requirements Ensure accuracy of data entry, storage, and destruction in the records database Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required 4 to 7 years of experience in an active records environment is preferred Prior experience in a Healthcare or pharmaceutical facility is a plus Thorough knowledge of retention guidelines and relevant IM technology applications is required
