Senior Recruiter
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle including headcount approvals, job posting, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and partner with department leaders to define hiring needs and drive effective recruiting strategies
Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels while building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical functions
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends, and modern recruiting tools
Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions independently
Proven ability to take full ownership of hiring outcomes with a focus on fair and consistent hiring practices
Experience in fast-paced or high-growth tech and logistics environments is preferred
