A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support its talent acquisition efforts in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring teams to develop and implement effective sourcing and assessment strategies Attract and evaluate passive candidates, focusing on fit and motivation Build and maintain a network of potential candidates while recommending recruitment strategies for long-term growth Required Qualifications 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical and non-technical roles 2+ years of experience working directly with hiring teams on sourcing and assessment 3+ years of cross-functional recruiting experience with multiple stakeholders 3+ years of experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
