Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the sales compensation system, ensuring data accuracy and payroll reconciliation
Perform analysis on sales performance data to validate incentive payments and support reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation processes with business needs and resolve discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related fields
Proficiency in sales compensation platforms and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations
Experience with CaptivateIQ or other compensation software tools is preferred
