Senior Manager, P&C Digital Solutions
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of P&C Digital Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 20-40 members, overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for P&C digital solutions
Serve as the primary liaison to cross-functional business partners, providing consultation and managing requests
Manage user acceptance testing and produce performance reports for the P&C digital delivery team
Required Qualifications
7-10 years in an HR technology function, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proficiency with Workday HCM and familiarity with Avature and Docebo is advantageous
Experience leading complex HR technology initiatives as a project manager and design lead
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field; HRIS certification is a plus
