Senior Sales Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a Sr Sales Operations Specialist to optimize sales and client success processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the RFP and RFI planning, execution, and management of internal and external stakeholders
Oversee sales pipeline management and Salesforce reporting to enhance strategic engagement
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analyze key performance metrics for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales Operations, with knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred
Proficiency in Salesforce and experience in training teams on its use
Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
Ability to analyze complex sales data and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
