A company is looking for a Senior Programming Analyst (TIC - Software Development Retainer). Key Responsibilities Provide technical and strategic advice for the analysis, design, development, improvement, and monitoring of technological solutions Lead training initiatives and respond to incidents in institutional technological systems Research and implement emerging technologies and propose UX/UI improvements Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is required Master's degree in the mentioned areas is preferred and may substitute some years of required experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development and/or database management Experience in modern full-stack development and agile methodologies is required Proficiency in Spanish and intermediate knowledge of English is desirable
