Senior Strategic Account Executive
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Executive to develop and nurture client relationships in the employee benefits and healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead relationship development and serve as the primary client-facing strategic partner
Own and drive the account's Strategic Account Plan, aligning client goals with company objectives
Oversee account management activities, including renewal strategy, upsell opportunities, and client health initiatives
Required Qualifications
8 or more years of experience in client success/account management in employee benefits and healthcare
Professional experience in a consulting firm, carrier/TPA, digital health partner, or related industry
Deep knowledge of self-insured medical, Rx, dental, and vision plans, as well as health plan operations
Ability to analyze and interpret data to support client strategy and initiatives
Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and maintain long-term partnerships
