Senior Systems Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Systems Support Specialist - Midnight.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for IT support and collaborate with the Head of IT on IT service management
Provide end user support and proactively manage business-critical systems with a focus on security best practices
Contribute to enterprise architecture design and assist in developing long-term IT vision and strategy
Required Qualifications and Education
Strong background in systems administration and experience with Google Workspace
Familiarity with incident response, IDP, SSO, EDR, and MDM platforms
Experience supporting macOS, Linux, and Windows devices
Understanding of ITIL principles and experience with software/hardware lifecycle management
Industry standard certifications such as ITIL Foundation, AWS, or Azure are desirable but not essential
