Senior Technology Customer Success
A company is looking for a Senior Technology Customer Success professional.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire post-sales customer journey, including onboarding, training, and issue resolution
Assess customer requirements to ensure SaaS platform suitability and lead project delivery
Monitor customer engagement and conduct regular check-ins to track performance and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer success or technology solution delivery, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or FinTech
Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a strong plus
Proven expertise in project management principles and methodologies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with SaaS platforms and data integrations
