Senior Training Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Trainer to develop and implement employee training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Foster positive working relationships to facilitate cohesive training approaches
Coordinate logistics of training programs and conduct training presentations
Assess training needs and measure learners' progress against development standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Proven experience in training for a minimum of three years
Multi-EHR experience, including EPIC, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with learning management systems
