Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Service Catalog strategy aligned with organizational goals and ITSM processes
Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures for the Service Catalog
Monitor and maintain the health of the Service Catalog, ensuring accuracy and user-friendliness
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an IT-related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Catalog management and ITSM
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and Service Catalog module
Proven experience in developing Service Catalog strategies and governance frameworks
Strong leadership and project management abilities
