Service Delivery Supervisor
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of a service delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of service delivery professionals to ensure optimal performance
Track and analyze service metrics to meet productivity and quality standards
Handle escalated issues and develop strategies to improve service delivery efficiency
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years of experience in service delivery, operations, or customer service, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of service delivery principles and SLAs
Experience in healthcare is required
Proficiency in using service management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
