Service Desk Analyst Pennsylvania
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technical Analyst I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote and customer-facing technical support across various business lines
Document interactions, incidents, and requests while maintaining security and confidentiality
Participate in team on-call rotation to deliver 24/7 support and assist with system upgrades and monitoring
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems preferred
Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
Relevant experience may be a combination of work experience and education (Associate's Degree = 2 years; Bachelor's Degree = 4 years)
