A company is looking for a Service Desk Rep Specialist or Senior. Key Responsibilities Collaborates with tier 1 and tier 2 support to resolve advanced technical needs and enhance resolution capabilities Provides advanced technical knowledge and support for remote connectivity and security technologies Partners with various teams to develop remote connectivity technologies and create enterprise support procedures Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) 0-2 years of experience (Preferred) Ability to work under minimal direction Knowledge of network infrastructure and applications Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal requirements
