Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance discovery patterns and data sources across multiple networks Monitor discovery schedules, resolve errors, and ensure completion of scheduled jobs Create and update documentation related to discovery functionality and processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or a High School Diploma with 8 years of experience in the same fields 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Administrator Current certifications in ServiceNow as a Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Discovery Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB Experience with IT infrastructure topology and scripting languages such as PowerShell and JavaScript
