A company is looking for a Software Application Administrator to manage and support IBM Sterling File Gateway and IBM Connect:Direct environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor file transfers to ensure successful and timely delivery Support the configuration and setup of secure file transfer protocols Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer errors and connectivity issues Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Basic knowledge of file transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP, HTTPS, NDM) Familiarity with IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Connect:Direct or similar platforms is a plus Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage time effectively Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
