Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in organizational development roles at top-tier consulting firms
Demonstrated ability to build and grow consulting practices
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to engage C-suite leaders
Deep knowledge of change management frameworks and tools
Master's or PhD degree in organizational psychology, HR, or business preferred
