Solutions Center Analyst
A company is looking for a Solutions Center Analyst for a remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely support to students, recommenders, and member institutions through a multi-channel support center
Assist in documentation and provide feedback to improve web-based products
Participate in departmental activities and interact with various constituent groups
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the United States
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
0-2 years of experience in Help Desk, customer service, or technical support
Willingness to work specified shifts, including evenings and weekends
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce, Acuity Scheduling, and Google Suite
