SOX Compliance Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance & Strategic Projects. Key Responsibilities Act as the subject matter expert on SOX compliance, guiding internal teams to mitigate risks Lead SOX planning, scoping, and risk assessments in collaboration with process owners and external auditors Manage the execution of all SOX 404 phases, including documentation, testing, and remediation tracking Required Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in Internal Audit, Finance, Accounting, External Audit, or SOX Experience with Workiva, ERPs (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite), and other financial tools Strong understanding of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards, and internal control frameworks Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field Experience managing external audit relationships and leading compliance initiatives
