Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative, Spanish Speaking.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to customer inquiries and provides accurate information regarding products and services
Educates customers on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and assists with locating network dentists
Documents customer interactions thoroughly and suggests improvements to service delivery processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service environment
Knowledge of dental terminology and group health insurance is a plus
Ability to efficiently operate a computer and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to attend additional training as required
