A company is looking for a Splunk Support Technician (Remote-Continental Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients in adopting and optimizing the Splunk platform as an Expert-on-Demand
Resolve technical Splunk issues to ensure positive outcomes and create knowledge base materials
Build and maintain client relationships, providing tailored roadmaps for successful Splunk adoption
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of service desk experience, preferably with JIRA or ServiceNOW
1 year of customer-facing work experience in a professional, ideally technical, environment
Familiarity with Splunk platform and related technical skills will be developed on the job
Experience with Linux command line and basic networking diagnostics
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent military experience, certifications, or trade school education
