Staff Virtualization Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Virtualization Engineer (VMware & Storage). Key Responsibilities Implement and administer virtualization and storage systems, including installation and configuration Lead cross-functional projects and make architectural decisions to enhance infrastructure Mentor engineers and continuously improve processes related to system design and change controls Required Qualifications BS in computer science, engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in systems design and implementation in complex environments Advanced proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform) Expertise in VMware technologies and extensive knowledge of enterprise server and storage systems Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid on-prem/cloud environments
