Human Resources Director
A company is looking for a Head of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with laws and regulations
Analyze, design, and implement compensation programs and manage the year-end performance management cycle
Develop and manage internal HR policies, recruiting processes, and benefits programs to attract and retain talent
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
Bachelor's degree and SPHR certification required; MBA is a plus
Experience leading HR in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial organization
Demonstrated track record in compensation strategy design and administration
Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus
