Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of actuarial professionals, providing mentorship and guidance Perform profitability studies and provide business insights for supported business units Develop and enhance predictive rating models and pricing tools for the Surplus & Specialty market Required Qualifications BS in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or a related major 10+ years of Commercial P&C Actuarial Pricing experience, preferably in Surplus & Specialty lines Proven leadership experience, including team management ACAS or FCAS preferred Proficiency in MS Office products and SQL
