A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Quality Program Manager. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate accreditation and regulatory requirement activities related to performance measurement and outcomes Organize, analyze, and present data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement Develop and oversee internal audit protocols to ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience At least 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare quality management or utilization management Understanding of CMS standards and guidelines Experience with clinical documentation and decision-making Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement programs
