State Licensed Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for an Associate Gold Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by resolving inbound calls regarding renewals, coverage, eligibility, billing, and policy changes
Provide counsel and suggestions to customers, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques for insurance products
Maintain call quality and accurate data in various computer systems while achieving individual performance goals
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required
A minimum of 6 months related work experience, preferably in customer service
Proficiency with computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is necessary
Ability to pass state-specific insurance tests and obtain necessary licenses
Must maintain confidentiality and have the capacity to multi-task in a structured environment
