A company is looking for a Lead Discovery Attorney to support its practice in complex litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Lead the discovery phase of complex litigation, including strategy development and oversight of document review Supervise and mentor attorneys and legal professionals on discovery tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency Collaborate with partners, clients, and vendors to coordinate large-scale data collection and production efforts Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Minimum of seven (7) years of litigation experience with a focus on discovery and eDiscovery Prior leadership experience in managing document review teams or discovery workflows Active member in good standing of a U.S. State Bar Deep expertise in all phases of discovery in complex litigation and familiarity with eDiscovery tools
