A company is looking for a Centralized Scheduler (Remote). Key Responsibilities Schedule, cancel, and register outpatient visits and procedures for multiple ambulatory clinics Obtain and verify patient information and ensure completeness of written orders from referring physicians Respond to patient and staff needs, addressing complaints and notifying personnel of scheduling changes Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent State criminal background check, and federal if applicable, as required for state department of health regulations Ability to sit for extended periods of time Experience in a scheduling or registration role is preferred Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous
