Key Responsibilities Provide legal support for Transportation Network Company (TNC), emerging mobility, and commercial Fleet products Research legal issues related to the design and implementation of insurance products for large program and fleet customers Collaborate with internal business partners on policy forms, coverages, and program administration Required Qualifications Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) with a minimum of 5 years of post-degree legal practice experience Active license to practice law in at least one state Experience with TNC products or large commercial insurance programs is preferred Knowledge of property and casualty insurance product design and regulatory matters is advantageous Experience in supporting commercial transactions and complex customer relationships is beneficial
