Stop Loss Consultant
A company is looking for a Stop Loss Client Consultant to manage relationships with Stop Loss clients.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for a focused book of Stop Loss clients, managing the relationship throughout the client lifecycle
Oversee the onboarding and management of assigned customer relationships to support business retention
Prepare and lead implementation and ongoing meetings, tracking key deliverables and timelines
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Stop Loss experience
Proven ability to engage with clients at a high level and foster strong relationships
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
