A company is looking for a Senior Risk Adjustment Data Analyst to perform complex analytical data mining and reporting in support of the Risk Adjustment Department. Key Responsibilities Perform complex analytical data mining and reporting to support the Risk Adjustment Department Lead initiatives and provide program support related to data gathering and analysis Act as a subject matter expert regarding risk adjustment data Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of five years of experience in health care finance reporting and analytics, including three years in a Medicare environment Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau Knowledge of Medicare program regulations and risk adjustment models Experience with quantitative data analysis methodologies and analytical tools related to risk adjustment
