A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Associate. Key Responsibilities Define and own strategy & process to support and scale the Network Inventory product including onboarding, ongoing operations, & reporting Provide guidance and recommendations on platform configurations to meet customer use case and business process needs Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Engineering, & Sales to deliver software solutions Ideal Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a management consultant, investment banker, or in a product operations role at a software company High degree of comfort with structuring and solving ambiguous problems Strong organization and people management skills, including setting KPIs and holding others accountable Capability in data processing, analysis, and visualization, with Excel experience required Bonus if located in NYC
