Supply Product Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Supply Product Support Analyst to join their Supply team.
Key Responsibilities
Triage and resolve supplier-related rate, inventory, and content issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on root cause analyses
Support onboarding and optimization of API connections through end-to-end testing and improvement of integration quality
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve pricing discrepancies and enhance supplier operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical support, product operations, QA, or DevOps
Experience working with APIs, including SOAP, XML, JSON, and GraphQL
Ability to create metrics dashboards or reports for performance tracking
Experience in writing internal documentation
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
