Support Engineer Level 2
A company is looking for a Support Engineer-Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate requirements, proposing design and technical solutions for customer issues
Collaborate with Tier 1 support and development teams to diagnose and resolve customer incidents
Mentor and coach junior developers and Service Desk staff on technical guidelines and troubleshooting techniques
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software development or equivalent experience
Post-secondary education in computer science, software development, or a related field
Experience with software application development, unit and functional testing, and building complex systems
Familiarity with HL7 (V2, FHIR), Hibernate, Spring, REST web services, and Git is an asset
Experience with databases such as Postgres
