Key Responsibilities Lead a Scrum team in developing new features and improving core applications Conduct evaluations of web application security and implement mitigation techniques for vulnerabilities Define security requirements and guide the team in secure coding practices and vulnerability assessments Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field with 10+ years of software development experience Proven experience in application security, including secure coding practices and penetration testing Expert knowledge of secure software development principles and methodologies At least 10 years of experience in commonly used programming languages and associated security vulnerabilities Team Leadership or Principal Engineer experience
