Support Technician
A company is looking for a Technician, Support - Tech Ops & Apps.
Key Responsibilities
Handle access control duties for onboarding and offboarding team members, including processing terminations and managing application provisioning
Conduct remote onboarding and training sessions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage follow-up training as needed
Perform offboarding tasks related to access management and equipment return, while maintaining and expanding the knowledgebase
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Computer Technology or a related field
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in providing workstation support
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with accounting or audit software is a plus
