Support Technician
A company is looking for a Support Tech to assist customers with software-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and process customer calls to optimize the customer experience
Document customer interactions and provide timely resolutions to issues
Create training content and support advanced customer issues as needed
Required Qualifications
Typically 4 or more years of related experience
High School education, vocational training, and/or on-the-job training
Advanced knowledge of HSPS Dental Software(s) or equivalent
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
Bachelor's degree preferred
