Survey Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Survey Implementation Manager to manage the end-to-end implementation process for their suite of products. Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to gather requirements and develop tailored implementation plans Lead product setup, configuration, and conduct onboarding and training sessions Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and address issues promptly Required Qualifications A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred 2-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or customer onboarding Prior experience in real estate or multifamily industries is a plus Technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly Proficiency with project management tools and CRMs (Salesforce)
