A company is looking for a Sustainment Lifecycle Manager to support the long-term readiness and affordability of the F-35 fleet. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Sustainment Improvement Projects (SIPs) to enhance aircraft availability and mission readiness Conduct in-depth analysis of sustainment performance data to identify improvement areas and recommend solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sustainment efforts with program objectives Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance Experience in lifecycle logistics and maintenance planning Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Proven ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership Experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
