Key Responsibilities Lead the System Design CNI team and manage team performance and development Organize the team in an Agile environment and facilitate communication and improvements Monitor project performance and address technical issues while ensuring alignment with business goals Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance Experience in technical leadership within an engineering context Proficient in Agile methodologies and team management Ability to provide coaching and mentoring to team members F-35 program clearance preferred but not required
