Key Responsibilities Support customers by troubleshooting technical issues and addressing queries Conduct IT calls with customers' technical teams to configure Single Sign-On and User Provisioning Represent the Voice of the Customer and share insights with the Product team for continual improvement Required Qualifications Experience in a similar or customer-facing role Proficiency in SQL and experience writing SQL queries Ability to identify trends in customer issues and share knowledge with the team Experience leading IT calls for SSO and User Provisioning setup Proactive approach to anticipating customer questions and building trust
