Key Responsibilities Provide technical oversight of hardware and software systems, focusing on Storage Area Network engineering Ensure system security compliance, implement network standards, and maintain backup and recovery capabilities Monitor system utilization and capacity, coordinate activities, and perform account maintenance Required Qualifications BS degree in a related field and 8 years of experience, or high school diploma/equivalent and 12 years of relevant experience Experience with backup software technologies (CommVault, NetApp) and storage hardware technologies Experience with SAN fabric technologies and knowledge of iSCSI and Fiber Channel infrastructure Demonstrated experience in incident management and interfacing with customer senior leadership U.S. Citizenship required; must have active Secret clearance
