Key Responsibilities Lead the development of software for the company's product offering, ensuring technical guidance in design and development Oversee the development team, coordinating strategies to ensure smooth interconnectivity of technologies and product lines Collaborate with product management to define features, gather requirements, and support the application lifecycle Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 6 to 8 years of related experience and/or training 5+ years of experience in leading technical solutions for distributed collaboration technology architecture Experience with cloud-based telephony solutions and SIP trunking providers In-depth experience with PBX systems, particularly Cisco 5+ years of tech lead experience in DevOps or technical support organizations
