Key Responsibilities
Manage the preboarding process for all hires, acting as a subject matter expert
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and assistance
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in customer service
Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or onboarding (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in project management or continuous improvement (preferred)
Experience working directly with talent acquisition strategy (preferred)
