Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, document, and improve core recruiting workflows to ensure standardization and scalability
Support the operation and optimization of recruiting tools, implementing improvements and managing configurations
Partner with Legal and People Ops to maintain compliant hiring workflows and manage internal mobility operations
Qualifications:
Experience in operations, human resources, or recruiting support roles
Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and data management tools, with Ashby experience preferred
Analytical mindset with experience in data auditing and reporting
Experience managing knowledge bases or similar documentation systems is a plus
A proactive, problem-solving approach in a fast-paced, global work environment
