Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements Source candidates through various channels and review resumes for qualifications Conduct initial phone screenings and maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience in recruiting Healthcare or Clinical positions is a plus Proficiency in using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and organizational fit Strong interpersonal skills
