Talent Enablement Leader

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy to attract and retain top talent
Lead programs in leadership development, succession planning, and performance management aligned with business goals
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on talent enablement and performance trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
10+ years of progressive experience in talent, learning, and organizational work
Proven experience in leading enterprise talent programs in complex organizations
Experience in leading a team and content development
Healthcare experience preferred
